Prayer Requests

Please give only the information that you wish to share with us.

This information goes directly to our Pastor, and copies of any information you give

may be passed out to any or all of our prayer warrior volunteers and staff members.  

Our goal is to pray for you and your needs, and to ask God to intercede for you.

We do not seek to pass judgment, or to use this information for any reason other than

to give it to the Lord, that HIS perfect will be done in your life.

The information you provide will not knowingly be given to any party outside 

our congregation for any reason.  This information is not stored or displayed online.

We will not attempt to call you or Email you or send you anything that does not

directly relate to your specific requests.  Although we want you to feel safe in providing

any information that you wish,  we must advise you that this form is not located on a secure

server.   Although it is unlikely, it is possible that the information that you submit may be

intercepted by third parties as it moves through our mail-handling system.
